Does this place has really a lot of games for kids or it's mostly for eating?
They have games for kids but thier machines are not maintained well. It kept on taking my tokens and not playing. The place could be very crowded and noisy.
Do you guys allow balloons inside.
Yes balloons are allowed and you may bring your own cake and candy/ gift bags. No outside food like McDonald's.
Do you allow 14 year olds to work on your team? If so where can i find an application?

It depends on the number of kids you have at the party roughly 8 kids is about $120 you get pizza cake and drinks with tokens
Can I order pizza to go?
Last time I checked yes. But you have to pick up. They don't offer delivery service.
